White Screen after replacement LCD, Digitizer and headphone Jack

I have browsed around and not really been able to find any answer to my problem.

I had been given an ipod to attempt a repair, I replaced the digitizer, LCD and headphone jack. The iPod was functioning previously with the screen.

Ever since I replaced all the items (except the LCD) I get a white screen. I have attempted to reset the ipod to no avail. I plug it into my computer and it allows access including some screen grabs I took which clearly display the screen.

I then ordered a replacement LCD believing I may have damaged it. This didn't rectify the problem either.

I am now left with a functioning iPod that doesn't display anything other than a white screen.

Any ideas?
