@chelioschev there really is not enough information here to get started. What exact model is your MSI Desktop? What model is your monitor? How do you know it is not turning on? Any sign of life? Does the power supply turn on (do you hear the fan start)? If the power supply will not turn on there will be no display. What have you checked and what have you tried? The more details you provide the better your chance of getting this fixed.
