S10e lagging charger?

Hey everyone,

I've had my Galaxy S10e (G970F) since release. Now, for the first time, the charger keeps disconnecting and reconnecting randomly. When I charge it while powered off, it shows a

"moisture detected" warning. However, if I give it a charge wirelessly first and then switch to the cable, it charges normally without detecting moisture.

Yet it keeps connecting and disconnecting (no warnings shown)

@abdullahsokair make sure that there really is no moisture. Clean the charging port with a soft brush and isopropyl alcohol. If everything is absolutely dry and correct, then the issue is with the charging port. It most likely will need replacement. See if you can turn the "Force Stop" off. Go into settings-->Recent Battery Usage and find Android System or similar. Tap on it and then tap on "Force Stop" This should avoid the moisture detect warning. Ultimately, your charging port still needs to get replaced.

Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
