A number of things might be causing your phone to 'hang'. The first one would be that it is low on RAM (Random Access Memory) Your phone has not a lot of storage and part of that storage is used by the phone as "memory" in your PC, you know that you need a certain amount of memory for it to work right, and that some programs games and operating systems CANNOT run unless you have sufficient memory installed, Yes? Well. on your phone if you install too many apps, or the apps are poorly or even maliciously designed, they can gobble up lots of memory... when you have less than at least 20% of your memory free, you will start running into problems with low memory causing sluggish performance, crashes and hangs. So to fix THAT... Delete any unused apps and files. move any videos, photos and other files off to your PC, a USB memory stick or the cloud, or delete them as you prefer. You really don't have room to spare it's an ultra-budget device and has the bare minimum memory, you can't afford the space. Other things that can be gobbling your memory running multiple apps at the same time. Turn off or disable anything you don't need or use. Things like active wallpapers, screensavers and using applications that use high amounts of resources like high-demand gaming, video streaming and so on. reduce the settings to be less demanding, lower frame rates, lower image quality, etc. You can also use the built-in Phone Master app to clean 'junk files' and 'deep cleaning'. Remove any apps that might be causing problems, especially if you start noticing the problem after they were installed. Try updating your apps, but realize that not all updates are actually better, be prepared to roll them back if that turns out to be the case. If none of that helps, try (as a last resort) a factory reset... if THAT doesn't fix it, holler for more help or seek professional repair.

Good Luck

Well try to free up the memory by removing unwanted apps and photo files from your phone and update you phone software to it's latest software version.
