This is a printer straight of its box. All orange tape ras been removed and iny bottles filled.
However I cannot get the L & R .print heads to click in despite rearing the manual so therefore the print cover won't shut!

If the print heads are not clicking, there may be a problem with the print head holder itself. I would return it rather than try to fight with it. It is likely the locking mechanism has a factory defect of some sort.
