Is there a reset button on the inside that I reset it with?

It might help if you tell us what is going on with your HP and why you think you need to reset it.

Well it's my grandmother's computer and she of course doesn't remember the pin on cut on screen and so I tried to go through the steps to fix it and well I cant get passed the bitlocker recovery key
