Hercules T7 DJ Controller Pitch connected to Serato not working

I have a Hercules T7 DJ Controller. My pitch control on the left side connected to Serato DJ Program, as soon as I move it up it down, it barely moves. So, I figure maybe the pitch control needs to be replaced.
