Which battery does this one use? On mine it says P/N 300005878501 and its colored green.

@vparedes76713 use this guide Phillips Sonicare 4300 (HX680C) - Fix Unpleasant Noise to get you to the battery. The battery part number for the HX680C would be 4235 010 13068 or 4235 010 1215 which are still 3.7V 800mAh batteries :-)
