Why won’t my lan cable connect
So my ps5 lan cable doesn’t connect to it but I know the cable is good and the router is good but it’s the ps5 that doesn’t pick up the lan cable when I connect it

Hi!
Okay, does wifi work fine? Did you tried another device on the same cable, does that work?
Did you restored the settings to default and try again? Is the PS5 up to date?
You can also test the PS5 somewhere else on a totally different network.
Otherwise you might need to replace the port or the network IC (both need soldering). But before jumping to that one, I would test the things above!
