Is the orange Power light on steady or is it blinking?
If it is blinking count the number of times it blinks as this is a code telling you what's wrong.
The blinks are in a repeating pattern separated by a long pause for example it could be 2 blinks then a short pause then 3 blinks then a longer pause then 2 blinks again short pause 3 blinks long pause etc.
