usbc sata adapter recommendation

Hello, I have a bad drive enclosure and I want to use R Studio to recover the data off the drives. The caveat is that I have a macbook m1 max laptop and need to find a reliable adapter to get the data recovered. Im open to either an adapter, docking station, or enclosure, but it needs to connect a 3.5" Sata drive to usb-c. This will take 24 hr + so I definitely need a super reliable one. My data is not backed up and this is my only chance to retrieve it. The drive has no bad sectors, but the proprietary RAID software malfunctioned making the drive not readable in a normal capacity.
