Sound just stop working

Hi!

• Please check that all your drivers, firmware, Windows update and BIOS is up to date! Your Lenovo Vantage (or equivalent Lenovo vendor software) software can help you update most of these, or check Lenovo's Driver page for your specific model.
• Please check that you have not muted or accidentally muted your speakers.
  • Go into audio settings in windows. If the sound is set to 0, or if you have an "X" by the speaker icon, then your audio is muted.
• Else, please check that your audio output is enabled by following this guide.
• Else, please search for Sound Troubleshooter in windows and follow that guide to see if it can detect any issues.

If neither of above works, please respond and we will see what we can do!
