Can't figure out where this part goes (Power Button)

Please Help!

I drop my iPhone 4 in concrete with my bumper case and the only damage was a broken power button.

Trying to fix it revealed to me that the button wasn't broken but this part was moved (left in the picture).

Now I can't figure out where it goes.

The black thin rubber piece is a cushion that fits on the top edge of the logic board under the two front screen flex cables. The long groove fits (clamps) to the logic board. Most describe the thinner part to face up when working on the iPhone which would be towards the back of the iPhone.

This cushion has nothing to do with the power button.
