How to I replace exterior screen

Sorry to say iFixit doesn't have any guides for that repair on your phone, but the good news is they do have the factory service manual that tells you exactly how to replace the exterior screen, or CLI Display Module as they call it.

Skip forward to Page 19 (it comes up as Page 27 on the document reader), where you'll find instructions for removing the screen. It's pretty basic; heat the adhesive then use a suction cup to create a gap. Insert an opening pick and slice the adhesive on three sides. Afterward, there are two screws holding down a bracket you remove to disconnect the display's flex cable.

As you work, take lots of pictures and once you're done you can use them to create your own iFixit guide to that repair. It's easy, fun and will earn the appreciation of the repair community.
