We can't tell you how to fix something unless you tell us what's wrong with it. As much as we'd love to be able to, we can't read your mind and diagnose a problem from our armchairs, so you'll have to give us more information.
What is your device? Manufacturer and model number are needed. What is your device doing or not doing? Be descriptive; tell us what you've tried and what worked and didn't work.
Without more to go on, we'll eventually just archive your question as unanswerable.
