What is the make and model number of the Android TV box?

R69 K8 tv box

Can't access settings on R69 K8 tv box also don't want to reset via toothpick just shows light blue light.

Unfortunately I can't find any info for the device.

Have you tried disconnecting the power from the device and then pressing the reset button with the toothpick (hold for about 10 seconds) then release and reconnect the power to see if access is now available once it has booted up?

Found a manual for an R69Plus model which shows that it has voice remote control.

Here's what the manual states:

"Press and hold the button according to the prompt interface until the TV screen automatically exits the pairing prompt interface. The Google Assistant should now be paired.

Click the voice button again. A voice bar prompt will appear on the screen. Long press the voice button and speak your command. Release the button when you are finished speaking, and the Google Assistant will execute your command."

If your model has this option perhaps it's something that you could try to use to get into Settings.
