Passenger tail light out

Recently, the passenger tail light went out. The bulbs and fuse were replaced but still don't work. Could it be an electrical harness issue or an issue with the connectors near the fuse box?

@kecia yes, it could be the harness. First thing I would check is the bulb holder itself. Remove it form the body and take a look at the contacts. Check for burn marks and hot spots. A lot of times that is where short occurs. IF that is checking out okay, then it's time to check the wiring harness for a short to ground.

@kecia you mean to remove the rear light? You can do that. Here is an online guide for that. remove the "combination : lamp" take a look at where the light bulbs sit and where the wires connect. You can use a simple test light or a inexpensive voltmeter to see if you at least have power going to the light. Once you have the lamp removed take some good pictures of the wiring connector etc. with your question. That way we can se what you se and guide you further. Adding images to an existing question

@oldturkey03 Posting this for the OP but you might need to turn the stalk to get power or it may show a false negative with 0V.
