How to replace starter in 1999 New beetle?
I just need to know how to replace the starter in my beetle along with were I can get one for fairly cheap.

@georgemerrill use the Starterchapter from the SM to work on that. Page 3 and on, will tell you how to change the starter. As or where to get one (fairly cheap) is a bit of a challenge, since we have no idea where on the pale blue dot you reside :-) I know that there are remanufactured ones out there for around USD$100 otherwise you'd be looking at about $150 +
