Possible to Replace/upgrade gpu
Is it possible to upgrade or at least replace the gpu in this MBA? I'd like to try & get the Intel HD 4000 in there at least. Ideas?

No, the GPU is integrated with the CPU, which is soldered onto the logic board, making it impossible to replace without reflow equipment. The only way that you could get the Intel 4000 GPU in a MacBook Air is to buy a new one.
