@issamunge to work on it use the ThinkCentre M83 And M93 P Hardware Maintenance Manual. Got to page 177 to see how to replace the power supply. Just like any other PC it has multiple output rails consisting of +12V, -12V and +5V rails. The replacement part number would be Lenovo 54Y8921
