Typically you can't replace a single pane of a double pane window. If you look at yours you should see a metal frame between the glass panes. This spacer also holds the glass in a sealed sandwich as the gas between the panes is typically Argon or a mixture of gases to limit thermal loss and the glass is also coated with an IR reflective coating to prevent heat transfer from the suns rays.
If you can remove the broken window sash a local shop should be able to order the needed glass and put it in or you can do it as well just getting the glass from the shop.

@sandraceccato - Lookup Window Glazier locally or check your local hardware shop often they can get the glass as well as put it in.

@sandraceccato double pane windows can be repaired, but you usually cannot replace just one broken pane. Instead, you replace the entire airtight glass unit known as the Insulated Glass Unit (IGU). Take a look on here for more info about that and why you can't.
How to remove the window sash and the IGU will depend on your window frame and we would need to see more of that to try and figure that out. Best would be to just take the whole window out and take it to a glazier to replace it.
