@josepholefile sounds to me like you already solved your issue. If it is a blown fuse, replace the fuse and investigate why it blew. Could have been external factors like a power surge or could be issues on the power board itself. Since you did not even tell us the exact model number for your TV; did not post any images of your power board nor gave us any information about how you know it is the fuse, we really can't help you with any details.
