I started it with two fully charged batteries. It started fine and started flashing yellow and quit. The connections look clean with no obvious problems. It ran for several minutes one time, but mostly just seconds.

Ego battery has a hard reset. Press the red circle of death 3x's, and on the 3rd x, press and hold from 7-10 seconds if that doesn't work drop the battery about 12 inches away from the floor and charge again . If the cells are still alive it should show the green go light.

Battery lifespan is between 3-5 years. One hint of battery wear would be shortened mowing time. With batteries removed, blades and housing cleaned, does the blade turn freely?
