@iankanupai as was already mentioned we need more details. Besides needing to know the model number for your TV and if theses a horizontal or vertical halves that are not working. Next we need to know if the half of the screen is just completely dark, or if it is showing vertical lines, solid white, or no image data at all. Also, let us know what you have already checked and what you have already tried.
Are we talking right/left halves, or top/bottom halves?
