Is there any info on repairing weedwackers my weed Wacker pull string is not engaging as to crank the weedwacker to start

Pull start gas engines generally have similar configurations; Flat steel clock spring, ratchet mechanism to engage crankshaft pawl. Search videos for your model and replacing/repairing the pull start rope or mechanism.
