The controller said it is fully charged but as soon as i unpluged it or removed it from the dock, it immediately shut down. Can't wake up at all. Tried resetting it and updating fiemware but nothing works. help please.

Most likely the battery is gone, as in DEAD dead. You will need to replace the battery on it. Since there are no guides on iFixit for your device in particular, I suggest that you take pictures of the device as you go so that others that have the same problem will be able to follow the guide that you made, in case they have the same problem.
