Released in April 2019 by Jabra, the Elite 85h was designed to be a cutting-edge headphone with a full range of premium features. It boasts a 36-hour battery life at full charge and features smart active noise cancellation. In addition the device also includes on-ear detection, meaning if one of the ears is taken off the music or video pauses automatically. It also has 8 microphones for better call quality.

The headphones come in a multitude of colors including black, copper, gold beige, and navy blue.

The headset can be identified by several defining features. The headset is a full, over-the-ear design on the larger size for similar models, Jabra is written on the sides of the headphones at the bottom of the headband. Buttons can be found on the bottom of both ear pieces, and the USB-C charging port, a 3.5mm jack, and touch controls can be found on the bottom and face of the left ear piece. The model number and device information can be found on the inside of the left ear piece.
