Locate the battery latch on the bottom of the computer and slide it to the right.
While holding the battery latch, pull the battery away from the device.

With the Phillips #0 screwdriver, loosen the three screws from the cover behind the battery latch.

Locate the RAM on the bottom of the computer.
Remove the RAM by gently pulling back the small clips along the side of the RAM, and lifting the RAM upwards so the RAM is now angled.
Pull the RAM away from the device.
Repeat the actions above for the second stick of RAM.
When reinstalling the RAM, put it back in at an angle in the socket, and make sure the RAM is audiblely clicked into place.
