Intex Quick-Fill AP636 Motor Assembly Replacement

Giriş

The Intex Quick-Fill air pump motor can burn out through normal use over time. The pump fans can also break if a foreign object makes it's way into the pump. If your Intex air pump (Quick-Fill AP636) has ceased to properly function and needs a motor replacement follow this guide to do so. Please make sure air pump is not plugged in before starting replacement.

  1. Intex Quick-Fill AP636 Motor Assembly Replacement, Motor Assembly: adım 1, 1 resimden 1.

    • Remove the air pump attachment by turning it counter clockwise to the unlocked position.

    • Remove the four screws on the underside of the pump with a Phillips screwdriver.

    • Use a prying tool to release the latch that holds the pump together.

    • Remove the top covering of the pump.

    • Remove the second cover.

    • Remove the red connection that holds motor assembly, removing it from the outer casing.

    • Disconnect the wire connections from motor.

To reassemble your device, follow the above steps in reverse order.
