For your safety, turn off the device and ensure the battery is fully discharged before starting this process. If your battery looks puffy or swollen, take extra precautions when removing the battery. Remember to follow general electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety procedures when removing the battery.

Do not reuse the old battery after it has been removed, as it can cause a safety hazard.

Hi, the battery of the Retroid Pocket 3 and 3Plus is customized for the manufacturing company, so it is not possible to find it in online stores and Retroid does not sell it as a spare part. Can you suggest a battery that has similar characteristics such as size, voltage and capacity? The battery is a 755565 3.8V and 4000mAh (for the Retroid 3 and 4500mAh for the 3Plus), can you suggest a 3.7V battery but with similar dimensions? Better a little smaller, otherwise it does not close inside the case. Thanks
