Wires underneath the plastic casing that connect the microphone could be damaged or disrupted, replacement is necessary at this point for continued use. Plastic casing not coming off. Any other way to take it off? My left side ain’t working and all possible wiring seems cool except the inside the microphone casing which I could not open. Please help.
