Once you have it on there tightly, loosen it a little to allows your wheels to roll smoothly and not rub. Test your wheels by spinning them with your finger.

If the wheel wobbles a little on the axel, tighten the nut slightly. If the wheel doesn't spin smoothly, loosen the nut slightly.
