Use your Allen wrench and unscrew the bolt. After this the pulley will have nothing holding it.

Take the worn-out pulley off the machine and put it aside.

Take your new pulley and place it were the worn-out pulley used to be and hold it in place.

You may need another pair of hands to hold the pulley in place while you put the bolt back into place.
