Set the tire back on the stand.

Double check that the rim lock is snug.

Use the pressure gauge and let the air back out of the tire to the correct pressure for the tire (typically 13-15 psi).

Tighten the valve stem cap back onto the valve stem.

Always refer to the tire pressure ratings and don't inflate past a safe capacity. In addition, if available refer to owner's manuals for correct torque values for the rim lock nut and spoke nipples, as well as correct operating pressure for the tire.

While it should not be necessary if only replacing a single spoke, checking to be sure the wheel is trued after replacing a number of spokes can be important.
