Both front cover (LEDs) and back cover (charging) can be pulled from the frame. Start with the back cover. You need to pry on the casing to let it go. Do not remove the front cover yet.

After removing back cover, you have access to the charging port. You can pull it and it comes right off

After that, you have access to the batteries which can be pulled. If you pull the batteries before disconnecting LEDs, you will break the cable

If you decide to remove the battery, you should pull leds first and unsolder batteries from it. Both removing the battery and leds is very difficult and is not recommended
