If you know the zipper is getting caught, keep working it until it doesn't get stuck.

If the side fabric is fine after you move it, then the issue is with the zipper.

Check the track and nearby areas for any flaws. Look for scuffs and skewed zippers.

This may show the problem with the zipper track.
