Using the same technique as above, work in one direction over the seam, ironing it flat.

Work up the seam until the whole seam lays flat.

Allow the iron to do the work. Do not apply extra pressure. If you have a stubborn wrinkle, apply steam from your iron or mist the fabric with distilled water, then press the wrinkle.
