Remove the RAM.

Carefully undo the clips on either side of the top RAM.

Remove the chip by pulling it out of its slot.

Repeat until you have removed the chip that you want to replace.

This laptop has only two slots for RAM, and both are filled. Plan accordingly if your goal is to increase RAM.
