Repeat step 1 for the other two joints.

There is no need to hold the nut with the wrench for the middle joint because this joint holds two arms together.

The nut is in the middle of the two arms, so once you have loosened the screw, the black connector will come off.

Hold the nut in place and finish unscrewing the screw.
