Apply a thin bead of thermal paste to the GPU.

You do not need to apply any thermal paste to the heat sink, although Arctic Silver does suggest "tinting" the surface of the heat sink. For more information on this and on thermal paste application in general, see Arctic Silver's instructions.

You can now reinstall the heat sink over the CPU and GPU.
