  • Insert a spudger in the gap between the fan and the heat sink.

  • Pry up with the spudger to separate the heat sink from the adhesive beneath it.

  • Remove the heat sink.

  • Clean off the old thermal paste from the heat sink and CPU using high-concentration (90% or higher) isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth. Apply new thermal paste to the CPU before reassembly.

Inserta un spudger en el hueco entre el ventilador y el disipador de calor.

Haz palanca con el spudger para separar el disipador de calor del adhesivo que hay debajo.

Retira el disipador de calor.

Limpia la pasta térmica antigua del disipador de calor y de la CPU utilizando alcohol isopropílico de alta concentración (90% o superior) y un paño de microfibra. Aplica pasta térmica nueva a la CPU antes de volver a montarla.
