Sena 30K Rechargeable battery Replacement

Adım 1 — Preparation of your device

Switch your Sena off and remove all connections (helmet mount / charging cable).

Adım 2 — Remove all the screws

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the seven screws which secure the front cover:

Adım 3 — Open up your Sena

Carefully remove the front cover from the main housing.

Adım 4 — Remove the helmet mount connector

Remove the bottom connector which connects the Sena to the helmet mount.

Adım 5 — Remove the cable of the mesh antenna

Use tweezers to remove the mesh antenna cable from the motherboard.

Adım 6 — Remove the motherboard

Carefully pull the motherboard off the battery board underneath.

Adım 7 — Disconnecting the battery

Grab the battery connector with tweezers and pull it off the battery board.

Adım 8 — Removing the battery

Separate the battery from the back cover with an opening pick.
