MacBook 13" white unibody late 2009 LCD Panel repair

the screen was fading into white after about 10 - 30 minutes. switching the computer and waiting for 30 minutes let me work another 10 minutes…kind of nuissance ;-)

I ordered the 13" Unibody LCD Panel from ifixit, it arrived from the U.S. faster in Switzerland than most of the things I order locally !

The repair guide from ifixit was very helpfull and through, the connector was the hardest to connect, the rest went smooth.

Don't forget to take of the very thin protection foil of the new panel ! Otherwise you might think the new panel has a pixel defect as the foil has an little pixel imprint in the lower left corner.
