Hello cpcal73, my camera has the same problem, I emailed Samsung directly and they answer me. They said it maybe a weak battery, or my charge cord is not working. My battery is not charging, and I have a brand new battery, so I know it's not the battery. I've tried several cords, and none of them work, so it must be something internal. If you contact them, they will respond. They responded to me in two days. They said it could be repaired, but didn't mentioned how much. Phil
