It seems the battery went AWOL, thou is not that difficult to dissamble the Tap 11, the most tricky part is the ribbon that attaches the screen to the mainboard/battery, there's a video of Sony itself and from a repair mate that shows a step by step dissasembly, the battery should be around $60 - $70 USD
because, it seems, iFixit is funded, run or somewhat biased towards Apple and its products, I’ve never seen a real teardown where Apple is treated like the rest it is alwys in the line “it uses mild adhesive for the sake of lines and design” or “look, is propietary but,, hey it’s apple” things like that
It seems iFixit ALWAYS give better score to Apple stuff, even if they don’t open things (like on other manufacturer’s items) that tend to give *bad* score… is iFixt a *real* iThing like Apple funded? thus doing this?
Guys, are you paid by Apple? Android phones that have almost identical teardown process (and without using pentalobes) get lower repairability marks than iPhones. Why?
