The action involved in the screen/digitizer separation is of greatest significance, and this post lacks the emphasis it needs. After heating the glue, have a photo distinguishing where the separation has to occur. Not ones that are overviewing the device with tools sticking out of it (Step 8). The step is where the tools go, not how they look. And, (Step 9), don't you think a, "now that you've already done it, here's what it should look like," pic is kind of immature? You want to be a leader, or are you a leader? Have some respect for the folks who have never done this and are risking their expense to respect your guidance.
