If your Nokia 2660 Flip won't charge, this wiki may have a solution to the problem.
Extreme Temperatures
Leaving your phone in extreme heat or cold is a big battery killer. Heat exposure, such as leaving it in your car, charging in a warm environment, or using your phone while charging, accelerates the chemical breakdown inside the battery. Cold temperatures don't permanently damage the battery as quickly as heat does, but they can cause sudden shutdowns and make the battery appear "dead." Repeated exposure can still degrade performance over time. If you fall into this bracket of leaving your Nokia and especially the battery out in extreme temperature environments it is highly recommended to replace the battery.
Charging Port is Dirty
Daily use can cause debris to collect in your phone's charging port, preventing it from charging properly. If the charging port is dirty, clean it using the How to Clean the Ports in Your Electronic Device guide.
Natural Battery Aging
Batteries' natural age and wear out over time. You'll notice a shorter battery life even with light use. Some things that can contribute to increased battery wear are: overcharging or constant charging, poor charging habits, such as letting the battery drop to zero. This symptom is normal and unavoidable, as well as the most common symptoms. If the battery drains quickly, it is recommended that you replace the battery and reset the Nokia after reinserting the new battery.
Physical Damage
A battery might need replacing if the phone's back cover bulges, the battery looks swollen, or the phone gets unusually hot. This is a safety issue, and the battery will need to be replaced. If your battery is swollen, be very careful if dealing with it. Refer to the What to do with a swollen battery wiki for guidance. If you've determined the battery is no longer viable, follow this guide to replace the battery in your Nokia 2660 Flip.
