Here is a link that shows how to dis-assemble your laptop. At 4:05 minutes into the video, the headphone socket is visible. It appears to be mounted on the motherboard, so you will have to remove the motherboard to get good access to it. You will also need to have expertise in removing/replacing components on a PCB as well as the tools necessary to do the work.
