iPhone 6 charging port

Hello, I recently did a housing swap on an iPhone 6, and now have no power. [br]

I opened the phone, and disconnected battery, then checked the volts on the battery connector  piece on the logic board to only receive   .40V instead of 4-5V. Would this be an issue with the charging port or did I mess something else up?
