Repair Case Damage - Drilled!

Hi all, random one here :-/

So I purchase, repair and resell iPhones, but this one has gotten me....

I got an iPhone 5, didn't see pix from the bottom of it, turns out someone has replaced the screen before, but I'm guessing they didn't have the correct screw driver... :-/ so they drilled out the screws at the bottom. I managed to get the screen off and get the remainder of the screws off, but if I put replacement screws in there, they're all loose.

Other than replacing the housing, which I don't want to do because the original housing of course has the IMEI on the back, does anyone know how to repair damage like that? Somehow putty it up or something?

Any help or thoughts would be helpful :-)

Wow! Thats a good one ;-{

I would use something to fill the hole and hope for the best here.

But what to use? The space is so small you'll need something soft like epoxy but you need to set the screw into it before it sets and hope you can unscrew it the next time. You also have to be careful as the epoxy can act as a glue preventing you from opening the phone up later if it gets into the cover. So I would make sure to use a releasing agent on the matting surfaces so if any epoxy leaks out it doesn't glue up on you and make sure the threads of the screw you are using likewise has been sprayed (& dry).
